What is Spirituality?

We do not see spirituality as religion, following a Guru or waiting for divine intervention. The Holistequine version of being Spiritual is to discover who you are behind the ego, uncover your potential, find your reason for being here and then to act.

To achieve this we must first clear all the blocks or negative beliefs about ourself that are hindering our path to the Higher Self. To rediscover that intuitive feminine side of us all that has taken a back seat for so long.

As we open this inner channel we find ourselves not only starting to trust our higher self by letting it direct our lives but we also begin to move into a state of oneness.

We begin to feel a connection to all living things and start listening to and communicate with the animals to which we all have special relationship.

Animals are in our lives to direct and help us on our Spiritual journey and we must be aware of what they have to say.
